Proposed Baker Park Senior’s Housing Print E-mail
Cranbrook, BC -- On January 25, Council gave first reading to a zoning amendment that would change land in Baker Park, from a Community Recreation Zone (P-2) to a Comprehensive Development Zone (CD-4) to allow subdivision of part of the Baker Park property, along 1st Street South for Seniors and Special Needs housing.  The project is in conjunction with the BC Housing Management Corporation.   A copy of the report recommendation and background information is available here Baker Park Senior's Housing
